There is no difference in standard or quality between any room. The main difference is the view. Being on the fourth floor means that the attic rooms have a more commanding view of the mountains and town. The rooms are panelled with wood. For more information see the rooms page.
Like all other hotels in Darjeeling, Shangrila Regency doesn’t have a lift. The rooms on the lower floors are very accessible, being just a few steps from the hotel reception.

Darjeeling suffers from severe problems with its water supply. In order to preserve this precious commodity we decided to fit showers in the bathrooms rather than bath tubs.
